	Peter Sortwell, President & CEO, ISA Certified Arborist WE-0361A Utilizing his 30+ years of tree contracting experience, Peter’s leadership has made Arborwell one of the fastest growing companies in California. As a former board member of the National Arborist Association he has been involved in the development of many industry safety and quality standards used to drive Arborwell’s success. Peter is a graduate of the University of Maine with his degree in Plants & Soils Sciences.
	Andy LaVelle, Chief Operating Officer, Safety Officer, ISA Certified Arborist WE-7458A, CTSP Andy, an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in the tree and landscape business brings direct experience in developing business and relationships with commercial property managers and owners. He is an ISA certified arborist, directly involved in recruiting and managing the talent of Arborwell’s expanding management team and 75 field employees. Andy is also a certified tree care safety professional (CTSP).
	Neil Woolner, Vice President Business Development, ISA Certified Arborist WE-2329A Neil’s vast experience in both arboriculture and horticulture provides leadership to bay area account managers and Arborwell‘s largest commercial accounts. Neil has over 30 years of industry experience and is a member of England’s Royal Horticultural Society.
	Greg Rogers, Vice President Sacramento Division, ISA Certified Arborist WE-3127 Greg holds a BS degree in Forestry and Natural Resources from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in Environmental Management and Botany. Greg brings over 17 years experience in the arboriculture industry to the company, is an ISA Certified Arborist and member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. .
	Butch Everett, Vice President, Managing Partner San Diego Division, ISA Certified Arborist WE-4233A Butch is a 26 year veteran of the tree and landscape industry and joined Arborwell to manage the company’s San Diego branch. A native Californian, Butch began his career in the landscape business in the early 1980's. In 1997 he entered the tree care industry as a successful sales executive.
	Kirk Hinshaw, Vice President Orange County Division, ISA Certified Arborist WE-1475 Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from Southern Illinois University, and has over 15 years experience in the tree care and management industry.  Kirk joins Arborwell to manage the company's Orange County branch.
	Mikael Ottoson, Account Manager Inland Empire, ISA Certified Arborist WE-6660AU, CTSP Mikael is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture.  Mikael joins Arborwell with over 7 years of industry experience to lead the company's new Inland Empire branch.
	Anthony May, Account Manager Sacramento Region, ISA Certified Arborist WE-7520A Anthony holds his bachelor of science in Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He joined Arborwell with over 9 year experience in the tree and landscape management business, and is developing business and managing accounts in the Sacramento area.
	Matt Dickinson, Account Manager East Bay, ISA Certified Arborist WE-7642A, CLT Originally from North Carolina, Matt graduated with a degree in Biology from Western Carolina University. He has 9 years of industry experience as an Account Manager and has a landscape construction background.  Matt manages Arborwell’s commercial accounts in the East Bay.
	Jonathan Cardenas, Account Manager San Jose Residential & Commercial, ISA Certified Arborist WE-4333A As Arborwell’s account representative in the South Bay Jonathan works closely with clients understanding their needs and making recommendations in the areas of landscape maintenance, site improvement, and tree care.
	Kris Yamaguchi, San Jose Manager, ISA Certified Arborist WE-8142A Kris is a 1995 graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Forestry and Resource Management. Prior to joining Arborwell, Kris spent the past 10 years as a Consulting Arborist covering the South Bay, San Jose area.  He is now developing business and managing accounts in the South Bay Area.
	Ron Eicher, Residential Account Manager Peninsula, ISA Board Certified Master Arborist WE-1431B Ron has over 19 years of sales experience in all facets of residential, commercial and municipal arboriculture and is a member of A.S.C.A. His expertise extends from tree preservation and plant health care to tree wellness diagnosis and hazard identification.  Ron is our Account Manager for Residential Services in San Francisco and on the Peninsula.
	Jon Maystrik, Account Manager Peninsula, ISA Certified Arborist WE-7363A, CTSP An East Coast native, Jon studied horticulture at Merritt College and is now a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional. He has over 10 years of arboricultural experience in the Bay Area.  Jon manages accounts throughout the Peninsula and North Bay.
