Utilizing his 30+ years of tree contracting experience, Peter's leadership has made Arborwell one of the fastest growing companies in California. As a former board member of the National Arborist Association he has been involved in the development of many industry safety and quality standards used to drive Arborwell's success. Peter is a graduate of the University of Maine with his degree in Plants & Soils Sciences.

Andy, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the tree and landscape business brings direct experience in developing business and relationships with commercial property managers and owners. He is an ISA certified arborist, directly involved in recruiting and managing the talent of Arborwell's expanding management team and field employees. Andy is also a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP).

Julie has over 30 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field in service related companies. She attended Mission College to obtain her degree in Accounting and then continued on to San Jose State University to become certified in Senior Human Resources Management and Payroll.

Bill has over 16 years of industry experience. He is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, a Registered Consulting Arborist with A.S.C.A, a Certified Wildlife Protector, and he has his California Qualified Applicators License. Bill has a strong background in arboricultural safety practices, and is a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP).

Kimberly hails from a background in public relations and brings a new marketing perspective to the world of tree care. Kimberly graduated from University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Sociology and Communication.

Adriana has extensive experience in the HR field, and has implemented new company policies and processes at Arborwell such as the Federal Government's E-Verify program. Adriana studied Political Science at San Jose State University and recently became a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society of Human Resources Management.

Alison has 11+ years of experience in sales and customer service in the construction industry. Alison provides sales support, manages current and prospective clients, and supervises the Customer Service Department at Arborwell.

Todd Kirchner
Plant Healthcare Manager, ISA Certified Arborist WE-8388A, TCIA CTSP #00531

With a Bachelors Degree from GSTM, Todd has a background that covers safety and training, general tree care and plant health care. Todd manages Arborwell Plant Health Care Division.

Neil's vast experience in both arboriculture and horticulture provides leadership to bay area account managers and Arborwell's largest commercial accounts. Neil has over 30 years of industry experience and is a member of England's Royal Horticultural Society.

Originally from North Carolina, Matt graduated with a degree in Biology from Western Carolina University. He has over 10 years of industry experience as an Account Manager and has a landscape construction background. Matt manages Arborwell's commercial accounts in the East Bay.

Kris is a 1995 graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Forestry and Resource Management. Prior to joining Arborwell, Kris spent the past 10 years as a Consulting Arborist covering the South Bay, San Jose area. He is now develops business and managing accounts in the San Jose area down to Monterey.

Greg holds a BS degree in Forestry and Natural Resources from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in Environmental Management and Botany. Greg brings over 18 years of experience in the arboriculture industry to the company, is an ISA Certified Arborist and member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from Southern Illinois University, and has over 15 years of experience in the tree care and management industry. Kirk develops business and manages accounts in the Orange County Region.

Butch is a 28 year veteran of the tree and landscape industry and joined Arborwell to manage the company's San Diego branch. A native Californian, Butch began his career in the landscape business in the early 1980's. In 1997 he entered the tree care industry as a successful sales executive.
