Regional Structure

Regional Manager
Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their region. Provides the vision and leadership to effectively manage and grow their organization.
Responsible in ensuring the profitability of its own region.
Manages financials and authorizes expenditures.
Responsible in providing quotes/estimates for services provided by the company.
Possess the ability to show and describe the job to the assigned foreman before the work begins.
Responsible in assuring complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
ISA Certified Arborist California driver’s license with clean DMV record Posses clean driving history and valid driver’s license Minimum 5 years operations experience, including people management Possesses solid financial and P & L experience Proficient if Word, Excel and Outlook applications Solid analytical acumen
Account Manager
Description
Responsibilities include all estimating and sales in a specific territory or market segment. Work order generation, job layout, quality control, customer service, and billing accuracy are key components to the position
Qualifications
ISA Certified Arborist
Certified in CPR First Aid, annually
California driver’s license with clean DMV record

Production Manager
Description
Leads all crew members in enforcing safety, work quality, productivity, performance, setting up jobs sites, and assessing safety conditions. Exhibits proper use of equipment and communication with clients.
Qualifications
Certified in safety, first aid and CPR
Completed TCIA electrical Hazards awareness program
ISA Certified Tree Worker completed or in progress
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
California driver’s license with clean DMV record
Class B or Class A license highly valued

Estimator
Primary role is to support the Regional Manager with all estimating, quote and work order generation, equipment requirements, property inventories, arborist reports, job quality, and customer service.
Description

Foreman
Description
Skilled tree climber responsible for leading a team of tree workers, setting up jobs sites, assessing safety conditions, proper use of equipment and communication with clients.
Qualifications
Certified in safety, first aid and CPR
Completed TCIA electrical Hazards awareness program
ISA Certified Tree Worker completed or in progress
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
California driver’s license with clean DMV record preferred
Class B or Class A license highly valued
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients

Climber
Description
Skilled position responsible for tree maintenance, pruning and removals on residential and commercial properties using ropes, harness, saddle, and/or bucket truck.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accident prevention and electrical hazards
Certified in safety, first aid and CPR
California driver’s license with clean DMV record
Class B or Class A license highly valued

Grounds
Description
Assists the climber in the field regarding clearing limbs and brush from the site, operating and feeding the wood chipper.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accident prevention, electrical hazards, traffic control

Corporate Structure



Finance
The Chief Financial Officer’s role is to maximize the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.

Fleet Manager
The Fleet Manager organizes, manages, and performs the repair and maintenance of Arborwell vehicles and equipment.

Sales Support
The primary role of the Sales Support Manager is to supervise, train, and develop a staff of Customer Service Representatives whose primary goal is to support the sales staff and ensure client satisfaction. He or she is also responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies.

Marketing
The role of the Director of Marketing is to strategize and implement marketing, public relations, and business development objectives to design and execute solutions to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and results in the marketing department.

Safety
The Safety Director is responsible for developing, maintaining, coordinating, and monitoring Arborwell’s Safety Program, as well as the coordination and implementation of safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures and all coordinated safety training.

Human Resources
The purpose of the Human Resources is to oversee the human resources department, focusing on legal compliance, recruitment, hiring, employee relationships, compensation, & benefits.
