At Arborwell, we have the credentials to provide you with top-notch service in the safest way possible.

When seeking a tree care provider, one must consider qualifications, industry laws and standards, and, above all, liability and safety.  Arborwell takes all of this into account – make sure you are aligning yourself with a company that has your best interests at heart, as well as those of your property and tenants or residents.  Below is a summary of Arborwell’s Qualifications and Accreditations.

What is it?  The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Accreditation Program is built on a threefold foundation of ethics, quality and consumer confidence.  The program is a rigorous audit and examination of a tree care company’s policies and procedures.

Arborwell’s involvement?  Arborwell was the third company in the state of California (CA003) to receive the TCIA Accreditation and has been accredited ever since.

What does it mean for you?  The TCIA Accreditation seal ensures that a tree care company has implemented:

  • Ethical business conduct

  • Formal training and certification of employees

  • Consumer satisfaction through resolution

  • Adherence to safety and quality standards

  • Better than adequate insurance coverage

What is it?  TCIA’s Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP) Program teaches safety professionals strategies and tactics for changing the very culture of their organization.  A CTSP is able not only to coach his/her team in safe work practices, but also work

to change attitudes about safety and motivate other employees to want to participate.

Arborwell’s Involvement?  All of Arborwell’s Production Managers are CTSP’s, as well as other managers at the company.

What does it mean for you?  Having a CTSP working on your property ensures that everything possible is being done to prevent hazards and reduce any possible liability.
