We are tree care specialists based in Bothell, Washington and serve the greater Puget Sound area. Arborwell Tree Management Services offers a variety of tree care services to homeowners, landowners, and communities who care about their trees and the impact that they have on their surroundings.
Scott Selby

Scott comes to Arborwell with over 30 years in the tree care industry. After graduating in 1980 with a BS degree in biology, Scott learned the tree care trade by working for several companies in the San Diego area, starting out briefly as a ground man and quickly becoming a climber. Twenty years later and bolstered by a broad range of experience and his Arborist Certification, he started his own (Seattle) company, which after a very successful run Scott decided sell in 2008. After selling his business Scott attained his Board Certified Master Arborist, Tree Risk Assessor and WSDA Pest Applicator certifications and ventured into tree consulting. Missing the daily challenges and opportunities that accompany managing a tree company-and the pleasure of working face to face with clients to help solve tree care problems– Scott welcomed the opportunity to become part of the Arborwell family. Scott serves as the primary Arborist Representative in Seattle and assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations.
Kelly Duncan
Kelly came to Arborwell Tree Management Services in 2005 after serving in the Navy as an electrician for 20 years on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln. Kelly started out in the field “learning the ropes” of the daily operations of tree care. While in the Navy Kelly began pursuing a degree in accounting with Columbia College. In 2008 Kelly’s skill with numbers made him the obvious choice to become the Seattle office manager for Arborwell.
